     1. General

     1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to you (the end user) if you download, install, open, play or use any game owned, developed or published by Zeonium Games SRL ("us"), if you access our website at zeonium.com, if you access any other content offered by us or if you contact us in any way (by email for example) for any reason (for short, if you access our "Services").

     1.2 To be able to access our Services, you must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 years old if you live in the European Economic Area. By downloading, installing, opening or otherwise using or accesing our Services you confirm and warrant that you are above the minimum required age specified above. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age specified above.

     2. Information we collect about you

     2.1 Information you provide to us directly

            We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our websites/games or provide us in any other way.

     2.2 Information we collect automatically

            Our games or websites may collect certain information about you or about your device automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the browser(s) you use, the type and version of operating system you use, your device's screen size and/or your device's orientation. Also, our games log certain information about your gameplay activity, such as your game progress, achievments or scores, information about your purchases, such as what purchases you made, and information about advertisements viewed and clicked.

            Our games also collect some device identifiers, including your IDFA, Game Center ID, Google Play Account Id, Google Ads ID, Google ID and your IP adress. Those identifiers help us track and identify users without the need for our users to reveal any personal information.

            When you access our website we receive, collect and/or store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

            Our website is hosted by Wix.com. Wix places some small data files named "cookies" on your device. Those cookies are essential in order for our website to work. If you would like to see more information about those cookies, you can check which cookies our website uses using Chrome's built-in cookie view. While in incognito mode, click the Secure icon next to the URL bar and then select Cookies.      2.3 Informations we recive from third parties

            We might recive some information about you from third parties, such as advertising network partners or payment processors. This information may include your IP adress, properties of your device and information about the ads you viewed/clicked.

     3. How long we keep your data

            We will keep your information for as long as necessary in order for us to provide you with our Services, as long as we need it in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights or as long as we need it for other legal reasons.

     4. How is your data used

     4.1 To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to wich you are part of – GDPR article 6(1)(b) ).

     4.3 We show third-party ads within our games through ad network partners. The device identifiers we collect are used to serve users with personalised advertisements (or non-personalised ads for users that live in the European Economic Area and that have not given us consent to share their advertising ID with our third-party ad network partners). Our processing of this information is necesarry in order for us to be able to provide you with advertisements and keep the game free. Therefore, the processing of this data is justified by our legitimate interest in providing you with ads – GDPR article 6(1)(f), and the disclosure of your advertising ID to our advertising network partners is based on your explicit consent – GDPR article 6(1)(a). If you are locataed outisde the European Area, you might still be able to disable personalised advertising by software means (for example, by enabling "limited ad tracking" on devices that run iOS).

     4.3 To provide and operate the Services. Therefore, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to wich you are part of – GDPR article 6(1)(b).

     5. Disclosure of information

     5.1 We might disclose information about you to the authorities if we are required to to so by applicable law and/or if the disclosure is necessary in order for us to protect our rights, property and safety (legal basis – GDPR article 6(1)(c) ).

     5.2 We might disclose information about you to our third party ad network partners in order for us to show you personalised ads. If you live in the European Economic Area, your Advertising ID will not be disclosed to those third party ad networks unless we have your explicit consent (therefore, the legal basis for disclosing such data to our partners is consent – in compliance with GDPR – article 6 (1)(a) ). This policy does not cover the recipient's use of the disclosed information. Also, those third parties might collect additional information about you on their own.      5.3 We use Google Play In-App Payments and Apple Store In-App Payments as payment processors. Those processors collect data about you through our app in compliance with their own privacy policies:

     5.4 Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us provide our Services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.      5.5 Other third parties that provide us with services such as data storage or mailing might have access to your data.

 

     6. Your rights

            To exercise any of the rights specified below, contact us at any time by email. Please note that we might have to verify your identity first. We may deny your request if we are unable to identify you.

     6.1 If you live in the European Economic Area, you have certain rights.

            Where we asked for your consent to our processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent, in compliance with the article 7 of the GDPR. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, simply acces our app's settings.

            You have the right to request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and you also have to right to see the information we are processing.             In compliance with article 16 of the GDPR, you have the right to have your inaccurate information rectified and your incomplete information completed.

            In compliance with article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of article 6 (1), including profiling based on those provisions. We shall no longer process the respective personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing of the data which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Also, where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

     6.2 If you are a resident of California, you have certain rights.

            You can request us to disclose the personal information we have about you, including the sources we got your information from, our purpose for collecting your data and what third party your data was or will be disclosed to. You can also request us to delete your data.

            You have the right to know whether or not your personal information is sold to third parties. We do not sell any data for monetary consideration. However, we do disclose some information to our business partners, for the purposes of serving personalised ads. For more information, see "How is your data used" and "Disclosure of information".

            You also have the right to know whether or not our website does or does not acknowledge "Do Not Track" settings. We do not change our privacy practices in response to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from a browser or mobile application, however, most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser.

     7. Security

            We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, please note that no data transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

     8. Revision

            We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, revise this policy at any time for any reason. When we modify our privacy policy, we will notify you about any changes by modifying the date at the top of this document.
