End User License Agreement

Lands of Ariosea

 

Effective: 8 December 2021

 

            1. Subject to those terms, we (Zeonium Games SRL) grant you (the end user) a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transmissible and non-sublicenseable license for an indefinite duration to download, install, reproduce in your device(s)'s memory, and use the program (game) "Lands of Ariosea", solely for personal noncommercial use.

            2. Subject to these terms, the user is allowed to record the game's gameplay and publish/stream the resulted video. Such videos must not negatively influence Zeonium Games SRL 's reputation, nor the reputation of its employees or administrator(s).  The user that streams or records such content must inform the viewers that they do not own the game "Lands of Ariosea" and are not affiliated nor endorsed by Zeonium Games SRL. If the terms of this license are modified, any video content must be modified in such a way that it becomes compliant with the new terms or deleted if the creator does not agree to the new terms of the license. Also, Zeonium Games SRL reserves the right to delete or request the deletion of any video that uses video content, audio content or any other content found in the game "Lands of Ariosea" at any time for any reason. If we request the deletion of a video, the content creator is required to delete and/or unpublish the video withing 7 days after the request was recived.

            3. Any recording created in compliance with the 3rd paragraph of this license cannot be used commercially. As an exception to this rule, the user is allowed to monetize such videos throught adverstisements on a platform such as Youtube or Twitch.

            4. Unauthorized selling, redistributing, copying, modifying, decompiling or dissasemblying of this program is strictly prohibited.

            5. The user must agree to and respect our "Terms and Conditions", a legal document that extends and completes this document.

            6. The program is offered “as is” and “as available”, “with all faults” and without any implicit or explicit warranty. Zeonium Games SRL, its owner (administrator) and/or employees are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss of data, device or operating system failure caused by or related to the usage of our apps.

            7. The user's acces to the product "Lands of Ariosea" can be revoked at any time for any reason. The user's acces to the product is automatically revoked if he/she breaches this agreement.

            8. Zeonium Games SRL reserves the right to modify this document. The effective version of this document is the most recent version of this document. This version of it can be found at zeonium.wixsite.com/zeoniumgames/lands-of-ariosea-eula. If the user does not agree to the new or updated terms, the respective user must delete/uninstall our program.
